The gets nasty
, thanks bud I’ll give it a shot
“In my perfect world he would be the Trump VP and run the Senate for 4 years, KABOOM; while coaching Trump and learning how a Capitalist thinks and organizes before taking control.”
I think he might even bring Trump closer to his faith.
I read your piece quickly. It says you think Trump will win and win big with cross overs. I agree with this, and after last week even more strongly about it.
I think it’s time for some voting, then we’ll talk again.
And just for the record, Nikos, you’re quoting Bray, not me. He writes it for our Sunday commentary, and I post it because he’s a Left Coaster and doesn’t get up that early on Sunday like I do!
I did not ask you what you thought of Trump since that is obvious. You have no problem with Cruz potentially being influenced by GS and that is fine. You must understand why it is not fine for some people and especially a crusader for stopping crony capitalism.
Well, note that a lot of people on this thread have opposed Trump and/or supported Cruz but they didn’t call him a Atheist or not Christian.
They get no flack from anyone here.
Now someone who says Trump said on TV he wants to stab an unborn baby in the head with scissors also is going too far.
In fairness to you I have also gone too far from time to time—I’ve been an active FReeper and posting this thread almost EVERY Sunday since 1998... (I think I missed 3 in 18 years). But when I’m called on it I’m willing to say I was wrong or apologize. That’s normal in life. People should od that here more often.
That said, I am sorry I jumped on you over Trump not being Christian but I still believe we cannot judge a stranger by a few sound bites. If someone says they are a believer I take their word for it unless they prove to me they are lying.
I cannot say that about any politician really, even Clinton or Carter, even though I think they are politically very wrong.
Finally, note that none of us actually KNOW these men—or women-—just what we’ve heard on TV or read. It would be one thing to call Caesar wrong, but his condemnation is up to God, not any of us.
thanks
As Lincoln said about Grant, “He fights!”.
Except for the part where they can't prove it, and no hospital takes credit for it. In fact Hawaii isn't exactly naming everything after him.
I said Thank You because you took the time out to be kind from your point of view, so I appreciate that, however I said nothing wrong and believe everything I said regarding Trump since he attacked Cruz at the debate.
But thank you!
There is nothing I said about Trump since the debate that I would take back.
Sorry but we can agree to disagree as they say
What? I explained across both posts why I wasn't concerned about Cruz's wife (at this point anyway), and as a example I discussed Trump. I didn't take a shot at Trump. If you have any real evidence in that regards please sent it.
I'm sorry but calling a crony capitalist a crusader against crony capitalism is really over the top. He doesn't even hide what he is and why he donates to who he donates, at least that's what he admits to anyway. Do you really think he's the caped crusader against cronyism? He just does his more on a state and local level, it's really the only difference.

Big Democrat goings on with Sanders gaining on Hillary and they are both out and about. George Clooney’s wife makes an appearance on behalf ofâ¦.the Maldives? Lots of snark, gossip and political commentary.
Really? That’s pretty incredible no? What’s your take on it?
Paul Ryan’s perfidy was just weeks ago. Ryan is the Speaker of the House, Trump is a private ciitzen. Who has done more damage to the country and conservatism?
Agreed. But who is holding him accountable?
Well, do you mean his essay?
Or do you mean me posting his essay for him?
First, I agree somewhat, but note my post under his. The country is really sick of politicians and lawyers. They’re ready, at worst, to be screwed by a new type of person, or, at best, to be happy to see someone with business leadership sense manage the country.
As far as posting his Essay; as long as he gets it to me on Saturday night I don’t mind posting it Sunday morning!
Well, maybe Trump AND Cruz are. Back to my original post, maybe they are laying a sophisticated legal trap for the QCM.
I’ll believe it when I see it.
It’s just a theory....the theory which is mine. It is my theory....
