A “natural born citizen” is a person who is born a citizen of the US and does not need to be naturalized. Cruz was born a citizen by his mother’s US citizenship. Case closed.

Even Trump agree he is eligible until Cruz started to get close to him in the polls.

Well, if you can show me where that is codified in law, I'm all ears.

Again, if a person is Natural Born, why would he she need a statute or law professing so?

Natural born is unimpeachable, it is a state of circumstance needing no law or man made interference.

Cruz is a CITIZEN by statute, not Natural Law.

If Cruz were born to two Citizen parents on the soil of the US, could this even be an argument?

No.

In your words, case closed.

PS, Cruz still has my vote should he be the nominee, but facts are facts.

Had Teds’ mother not gone down to the US consulate with Teds’ Canadian birth certificate, brought her own US citizenship documentation, spent about six hours filling out forms, and then waited while it was determined if Ted was eligible under certain naturalization statutes, before finally being issued a FS 240 - Ted would be a plain ole Canadian. Oh, I think he could apply on his own behalf as an adult, but I am not certain. His mother had until Ted was 18 to request US citizenship on Teds’ behalf.

One question many are asking now, is why hasn’t Ted published his CRBA? The FS 240.

I have this other thing I wonder over. Say Ted was extended US citizenship through his mother, becoming a dual citizen, yet NEVER moved to the US to live here. Could he apply for US citizenship for his own offspring in that scenario?
