Earlier we posted the frenzied tweetstorm that the Donald had flung at Ted Cruz, and how Cruz posted a pretty funny response, and Mark Levin warned Trump to cut the crap.
But this is Trump, so he ain’t taking advice from nobody:

You cannot speak for Trump.
Cruz brought up New York values so he started it. Since we can agree that Cruz was born in Canada and that he comes from a place where Canadian values are worse that New York values Cruz is no angel either.
Plus Cruz is a lawyer and a senator and lawyers and senators make horrible presidents. He started it so all is fair here. We are interested in everything not just what Trump has done.
