I don’t think there ever was an agreement. Trump is too professional to do something like that. Trump will call out those that are wrong. That is what is doing with Cruz. He doesn’t need to have “friends” or “be nice”. He is fulfilled with his family, business and running for President.

There was no agreement. Cruz rode Trump’s coat tails and let him take the hits on the tough issues. Now The Donald is cleaning him out.

They had a meeting, and up until a couple weeks ago were pretty good about not attempting any hard blows against each other.

I figure you are right, any "deal" they had wasn't some grand strategy where Cruz would eventually concede he wasn't eligible, and that the NBC controversy over Obama was enabled by a derelict Congress, and that he and Trump were going to work together to restore the constitution.

I'm starting off with some Greek Tzatziki on fresh baked bread and follow up with another batch of the tuna fish casserole I made last night from the recipe in this month's Food Network Magazine. NO celery, w/ caramelized onions and scallions with extra tuna fish and a little bit of curry and pepperoncini to kick it up a notch and topped with shaved almonds, mixed shredded cheddar and a little stream of molasses. I also used mushroom soup mix instead of the sour cream. If the event starts AFTER 12 noon, I'm going have a bottle of Dogfish Head 90 minute IPA that Steve Hayes mentioned last night he's putting $10 casino chips on.
