Reagan was over 50 and pro-choice. oops.

This was 1999, and it was a specific question about partial-birth abortion.

Try again.

Don’t forget those gay businessmen that are attracted to Cruz for whatever reason.

So Reagan wasn’t pro-abortion when he was 50? He either was or he wasn’t.

This was 17 years ago, and as I pointed out Trump addressed this in August. He’s changed his stance on abortion and is VERY pro-life now.

Also this was a nothing burger in August when Walker and Bush tried it, and it’s a nothing burger now.

If Cruz keeps down this path he’s going to lose votes unless he can REALLY make it stick... And after last night I highly doubt he’ll be able to.

And I wouldn’t have voted for Cruz either in 99. He was still Canadian.

He was An American living in the United States since he was 3 years old.. Since he was born in 1970 in 1999. He was 29 years old with duel citizenship!!

Nonsense.

He felt guilt about signing that law, and did not “support” it in the first place

http://www.nationalreview.com/article/223437/reagans-darkest-hour-paul-kengor-patricia-clark-doerner

Trump on the other hand did not make a poor decision and suffer guilt from the murder of 100s of thousands, but rather saw political opportunity 7 years ago and switched positions.

Facts remain facts: Donald J. Trump is liberal scum posing as a conservative.

Actually, it's a tad more than $224k. Cruzman Sachs has $11 million from his "NY values" hedge fund sugar daddy alone but who's counting. The ads just write themselves. Cruz is about to carpet bombed with negative ads. Bye bye, Teddy.

Cruz will have no issue against Hillary -- she's a Wall Street vacuum cleaner.

So try to scare us with something else - maybe it'll work.

Ted Cruz wrote off voters and insulted them. Donald Trump is trying to win voters everywhere. He’s trying to unite people and he’s using conservative ideas to do it. For that, he gets raked over the coals by people like you, but I guess that’s politics. It ain’t beanbag as they say.

Exactly. The thing is Trump isn’t running as Mr. Principled Conservative. Cruzers are sadly mistaken if they think Cruz is going to win a pig in the mud fight with The Donald.

What’s really sad is how Cruz gives his supporters false hopes on the social conservative agenda. That’s a generational battle and no one POTUS with a pen and phone is going to win it.

I’ll ask you point blank: As a Christian first you have no issue with Cruz having a campaign fundraising event at the home of two gay libertarians?

Of course he felt guilty when he switched to pro-life.

If we want to go back in time, it works both ways. Cruz hooked up Bush with John Roberts for the 1999/2000 recount and the rest is history. Roberts was a good friend of Cruz. So if anyone wants to talk about what kind of judges Cruz would elect, look no further than Cruz’s good friend John Roberts.

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ted_Cruz#Bush_administration

“Cruz’s initial assignment was to assemble a legal team. His first call was to his former mentor Carvin, who wound up representing Bush before the Florida Supreme Court. Cruz’s second call was to a Washington lawyer named John Roberts. “John had been a friend and a Rehnquist clerk-I’ve known John a long time,” Cruz said.”

Trump has changed a lot over the years. He isn’t pushing a platform that includes his old views. He started changing on abortion and has come a long long way on the issue.

Exactly. As far as I can tell Trump has saved exactly as many babies from PP butchery as United States Senator Ted Cruz. That would be zero babies saved.

Thanks a lot Ted.

So that’s how we got Obamacare.

Mr. “I’m too smart for my own britches” gave us Roberts.

Maybe he should have argued one less case involving the court.

Yikes.

I wasn’t pro choice when I was young and STUPID. Before I saw premature babies who survived. I realized we had all been lied to, that the baby was just a blob of cells for the first few months. Turns out the heart is beating within days after conception, liver is functioning, there are brain waves, etc. It is a BABY!

Now I know it is NOT A CHOICE, IT IS A CHILD!

Fetus is just Greek for Child or Offspring. Doesn’t mean underdeveloped life form... or non viable life form....

The evil ones who brought abortion to the world, lied to us, told us it wasn’t really a baby. IT SURE IS A BABY!

LOL. That’s easy. Hildabeast is anti-TPA. Cruz campaigned for Obama’s TPA. Game. Set. Match. TPA Teddy is DOA in the general. No path to 270 EV for the GOP with OH/MI/PA off the table.

Ted Cruz voted to defund Planned Parenthood.

Trump supports PP.

There is no way to support PP without funding abortions. Our tax dollars are forced to go there, and then PP turns around and funds Democrats like Hillary and my Dem Senator in VA.

Trump is not on my side on this issue. PP sells baby parts. Cruz wants them criminally investigated. Trump wants our taxes to keep going there.
