1999 was a good year for Ted.
He was Bush’s policy adviser.
He was advising him that California’s Proposition 187 was a bad idea, or simply how to explain to the press or public that Proposition 187 was a bad idea.
Another words, he was either advising a RINO policy, or explaining the best way to sell a RINO policy.
California passed Prop 187, and Cruz/Bush didn’t realize it was a state’s rights issue.
Oops, Mr. I’ve always been a Conservative was screwing up big-time.
Why some folks would say he was a go along to get along RINO.
