The heart of New York City is capitalism. Ruthless stock traders, shark-like attorneys, heartless real estate developers. Even the artists and actors are tough and competitive.
Guys make $500K, pay half in taxes, and live in small apartments. They don’t care because they spend all day at the office anyway.
