The biggest ‘Yuge’ question is, what types of judges will he appoint? Who will he put into the supreme court? We can hope that if he wins he'll nominate a new Thomas or Scalia... But what kind of judge did he turn to for the attack on Cruz? Basically Sotomier.(sp?).

That’s the point, you don’t know what he would do. He’s will to disregard the Constitution to gain the power of the Presidency. My bet is that he would appoint judges who would be willing to do the same.

We know what Cruz would do.
No we don’t. Cruz has flip flopped around on huge issues like trade and immigration as a U. S. Senator. Will he appoint Goldman Sachs judges or Constitutional Conservative Judges? No way to tell with Cruz which way the wind blows.
There is no rock solid 100% conservative in this race. Both Trump & Cruz have their warts. Pick your poison, IMO.
We have no idea what kind of a judge Trump would appoint. We can only base that on the judges he admires. He admires Judge Thomas.
As for Cruz, I believe him to be a scam artist. I am and have always been firmly convinced he is not eligible to run. I believe over time you will find more and more inconsistancies coming out regarding him. Quite a few have but so far, his supporters are willing to make excuses for all.
I want America to stop being Politically Correct which is why I am for Trump. Cruz is a lawyer....the worst of the worst....he is scummy which is why you love him.

So Cruz will fight gay marriage by just being against it and permitting the states to fight it. That use to be called a “cop out”.
