LOL!
The fairly looking guy is Fabio from “I can’t believe it’s not butta”!
“Well, almost if you consider a dictatorial tyrant the same as a messiah...”
Well, they do and they can’t tell the difference.
IMHO
;)
Lurker, my FRiend...are you referring to this:
“Women desire to have the sovereignty
As well upon their husband as their love,
And to have mastery their man above;
This thing you most desire, though me you kill
Do as you please, I am here at your will.”
Nothing like a bit of the Wife of Bath’s tale
I’d like to think I’m rather fair minded and would seek a 100% partnership. Deferring to him the things that match his strengths and excelling in things that match my strengths. I could supply the list of things a woman wants, but I’m not sure most women think like me. I mean how many women would say by the 3rd date, she fully expects to be taken to the shooting range to expend as much ammo as she can? :) Somewhere my prince exists.
Shoes.
That is indeed what I was referring to. You’re a clever girl.
I like clever.
As for the appetite for ammunition all I can say is to be sure to check out his bench by the third date. Reloading bench that is. If his die set fits your caliber, well, it’s meant to be.
Best,
L
Tried reading Canterbury Tales in Olde English. Never again. It’s the same reason Le Morte d’Arthur is sitting unread on my book shelf.
Reloading bench...as in he creates his own bullets? One more thing to add to my list of admirable qualities. Let’s hope this mythical he is referring to guns when he asks to see my rack.
Bullets are cast from alloys of lead. Tin or antimony is added to increase the hardness of said alloys, depending upon the task at hand. The harder the target, the harder the bullet, so to speak.
Cartridges are reloaded using those bullets. A good solid bench is a necessity for the task. The hands of a well trained mate are always a good thing.
I’ve always been one to appreciate a fine rack of any kind. LOL
Good luck and I hope you find what it is you seek.
L
Always educational chatting with you! And good for a chuckle.
Yes, seek and I shall find. There is a worthy one out there I’m sure.
I think if she had been elected in '08, Romney would be President right now.
DoD was, in FDR's time, two departments: the War Department and the Navy Department. When Henry Stimson was Sec. of War, his opposite number was Frank Knox. Both of them died of heart attacks, btw .... anent nothing in particular.
Pray he's better than .25 cal. ..... something more like .690 Nitro Express!
