Behold "The Freedom Girls" performing at a Trump rally in Florida yesterday morning.
It's very reminiscent of another one you may recall from 2009. We on the right used as an example of how Obama had, for many, transcended merely being a political figure and had become a hero of mythological proportions to his worshippers.
I'm sure many of his sycophants will pretend there is a difference between a worshipful, outrageous, child-sung battle hymn at a rally for that person and thus officially sanctioned by the subject of the song vs a worshipful, outrageous, child-sung musical history at a tax-payer funded school by a teacher who has no official association with the subject of the song.
And you'd be right!
Trump's is much worse. He pushed those kids on stage essentially endorsing their God-like message about him, whereas at least Obama could claim he had no knowledge of the song.
This is getting way past embarrassing.

You are spot on! Those three little girls will never forget they performed for a huge audience. They will never forget they saw their future President. I never forgot seeing JFK when I was five. I wanted him to pick me up and give me a hug.
This is real good. Trump is showing he has the mastery of creating the pageantry that has wide appeal to those who see his rallies (including on You Tube). This is as old as Shakespeare who used public spectacle to say some very significant Weltanschauung.
The crowd enjoyed them and were clapping along. How anyone could pick on that is sad.
To actually say Trump “pushed” them onto the stage is a lie.
I bet their mamas did and they were thrilled!
Thanks for the link. This is another entertaining video for my Trump playlist.
Their singing of our National Anthem was outstanding too.
The girls are adorable. They didnât have much time to learn their routine and what they did was good. What did these Nay Sayers want, the Seattle Sea Gals?
The person who posted this thread just posted another one just like it from Hot Air.
Sad thing
That’s how I saw those little girls, too. Imagine! Someone made those little costumes for them, and they would have practiced and practiced. And then performed in front of all those thousands of people from their neck of the woods.
I thought about how proud their parents must have been. I’d have busted my buttons.
I didn’t care who the candidate was at that moment. Those little ones held their own without looking too frightened. They were darling.
Leave it to media like Redstate to tear down and create misery and unhappiness. They cannot stand to see people being happy around Donald Trump. Typical media reaction as if they set the standard and we are all waiting for them to be our reason for existing.
These people have to be going out of business.
It was something so, I don’t know, like Old Time America.
Made me think back to when I was a little girl.
It was very fun to watch.
I agree with you 100%.
To begin, those little girls are performers, NOT random school children. They had professional costumes, and a dance routine. They practiced to put on a show.
The obama nutbags taught captive school kids songs that obama was going to heal the earth and every one would get equal pay. AFTER he was in the White House. They put out squads of “community” workers in the name of obama, oh, and much more and worse that that.
And people are attacking three little girls for doing a song and dance routine with a pro-America theme? So the production value was weak, they are not pros for petes sake. Little girls who are proud of their country and want to sing and dance. Ohhhh scary !!! Corney maybe, but the people I am reading on here and elsewhere are being such despicable brutes.
So, thank you for your comment - I feel stunned and surprised that anyone on here would attack those little girls.
They are attacking them because their Moms, or whoever coaches them put Trumps name in ONCE in that song.
So the haters just had to compare it to those Obama school kids being forced to sing those songs about Obama.
There is no comparison, Trump never pushed them on the stage and probably was backstage and never knew what all was going on out there prior to his speech. The planners of the event in Pensacola made those plans.
They were a lovely, lively and patriotic crowd.
Yes, I agree. Even if Trump had not been mentioned a single time, they would have done nearly the same unhinged nonsense.
