I never heard that. US naturalized parents OK if child BORN IN THE USA! Rafael Edward Cruz is most certainly eligible in Canada as a natural born citizen. In US, SCOTUS will need to clarify his NBC.

No, they really don't. But they will probably have to, anyway.

The Democrats will go to court...it's what they do. But the outcome is clear.
