Who do you think is talking on the video’s?
Rafael Cruz’s double? LOLOLOL
dBase5 is so much better for handling data and printing reports! And it does everything Fortran does.
I wish dBase5 was around when I developed a complex computer program involving lots of data handling.
dBase5 makes it soooooo much easier to load data in files,
modify it outside of a compiled Fortran program, and to generate report. It also allows creation of executable file for use by dumb users.
Congrats for an intelligent post.
Trump has balls, because he does NOT depend on rich donors who can control him. Rafael on the other hand depends on ultra rich donors like Robert Mercer, who contributed $31 million to Cruz & his Pacs.
Start drafting an excuse to explain why Rafael Cruz lost Iowa.
You’re not the only one. I got snookered as well. His being for TPA before he was against it flim-flam cured me.
St. Raphael is a very polished politician. He choreographs pretty much everything, including how he kisses his wife. He’ll go on to do the establishment agenda in whatever office he rises to. He just won’t come cheap.
Ronald Reagan in my lifetime.
I think what offended me most about that remark Nikos, was the suggestion Cruz made to the audience that they understood what New York was and what he meant. I am a South Carolinian and I thought he was pandering to us in the South at the expense of the North. I didn’t like it at all.
The comment he made to Maria that maybe she was not aware of what New York was like ( she lives there) was also gratuitous.
A stupid self inflicted wound.
He demonstrated knowledge on one issue: trade with China. The rest was hand-waving and slogans.
His conclusion was so shockingly vacuous ("we won't do stupid things. We'll make America great again") that Maria was caught smirking.
Cruz was in command with respect to every issue, and won the birther showdown with Trump.
Trump foolishly brought the public's attention to Cruz before the debate with his silly birther attacks. With the additional attention, Cruz had his best performance so far.
The Luntz focus group agreed that Cruz won the debate.
Rita: I agree that the VP should probably be a pol, but would argue that Jeff Sessions is probably best placed right where he’s at in the senate. He can do a lot of good there. And then there is the age thing: we want someone who is young, articulate, and with impeccable anti-establishment and conservative creds.
So I would suggest Dave Brat instead.
The rules in the House are a lot different than those in the Senate. There is no filibuster, and the leadership rules with an iron hand. So long as Eddie Munster is in charge, Dave Brat’s talents are wasted there. He also hasn’t been in Washington or politics long enough to be utterly corrupted by it.
Indeed. I have often noticed that polls “all of a sudden” get a lot closer to reality just before the election is at hand, presumably to preserve their credibility. Which begs the question: what changed?
I don’t think things in politics change on a dime. They shift over time, sure, but I think people are pretty static in their views especially in presidential races where the views and controversies of the candidates are examined in sickening detail over many months. I’d say if you care enough to show in the primaries then you probably already know who you plan to vote for right now.
I’d argue that the only limiting factor in how fictional the polls are is what other polls are showing. You don’t want to go too far out on a limb and be shown a fool. Other than that, you can tell whatever tale you want to, particularly when the elction is far off or if the race is close.
No, they really don't. But they will probably have to, anyway.
The Democrats will go to court...it's what they do. But the outcome is clear.
How's he supposed to do that? The Dems have spent the last 8 years muddying the waters and establishing precedent that basically denies that anyone has "standing" to challenge it to protect Obama. No standing, no case. No case, no judgment.
More like half a decade ago at least. Trump wrote in 2011: "I believe America is an exceptional nation worthy of protection. That requires getting tough on border enforcement...The wall there [in Yuma, AZ] is a serious 20-foot wall. It has three walls separated by 75-yard 'no man's lands' for border agents to zoom up and down in vehicles. It also has cameras, radio systems, radar, and pole-topped lights...[He discusses the plummet in apprehensions of illegals in the area after the Yuma walls were built.] The point is that properly built walls work. We just need the political will to finish the job."
Let’s face it. If times were good, any one of the candidates would be good, esp Cruz, but times are not good. Trump I think could put in four good years and get us back on track. (please stop with the Carl Icahn...) and then you can pass it off to one of the young bucks...
Kasich should have been off the stage, Bush too.
I think that they more up there the better for Trump. Cruz is a strong, strong isn’t even the word, he’s your worse nightmare for a debater.
One on one, I think Trump would unravel.
Bush’s timing is so lousy. He’s scored a few points, then he gets in there and tries to ram more through on raising tariffs and the Muslims...
Hey, STupid..Trump is saying let’s put a moratorium on any immigration of Muslims...and secondly...we raise the price of Chinese goods in this country... guesss what.. people will buy American. Chinese stuff is shoddy.
Cruz was cruizen until he got to cute by half, and insulted New Yorkers... and all of sudden comes across as another devider.
Trump comes in, and now, speaking from the heart...NOT the bully. Speaking for ALL New YOrkers. Trump will win NY.
Oh, ha ha ha ha ha....you’re so funnny. I see you do what the left does...and that is take things out of context and twist it, to be what it is not. Whatevs....
