I too believe Rubio flat out lied regarding Cruz's tax plan, at least as I understand it. I *thought* Rubio was going to be the new GOP-E alpha dog. But with all the fact-checking material available now to show him at-best as "not understanding" and at worst "outright lieing" about the facts, I don't see that as a possibility. Do you think he is just attacking Cruz to tear him down and give Jeb the second chair?

It was a bad answer on Cruz’s part. He needs to deal with this. Trump’s mom and father were both American citizens when Donald was born. No one can legitimately question Trump’s eligibility to be President. Cruz has made this a bigger issue tonight. His NY values bumble will hurt him to. Still won’t ban Muslims. The Sachs loan is also going to hurt him with some, and his support is already narrow for a general election.
