It takes two citizens of the US to birth a natural born citizen. Obama is ineligible, and the PTB were negligent for not fully vetting his qualifications and records. That does NOT give future candidates the right to continue disregarding the Constitution.

If the child was born in a US base, a US birth certificate was issued and the child is eligible.
This is really not rocket science. Natural born citizens are citizens who have a US birth certificate. All others had to petition for citizenship in one way or another.
