He released his Canadian birth certificate. He proved he was NOT born in America.

People keep thinking a suit has to be filed at the national level.

It can be filed as a suit simply to deny ballot access at a state level.

How many states before that makes a difference? Depending on the state, of course, it could be just one state would make a difference.
