Only one remember but one is one too many!
Hopefully the others are more thoughtful
“Shrimp cocktail, Caesar salad, onion&garlic rolls, Bourbon ribeye steak, Cabernet Sauvignon, profiteroles and espresso.”
Wow, are you having it catered?
Yes it is. Even with the blanket of snow we are now enjoying
Oh we’ll have ;lots of steak leftovers.....nothing wrong with leftovers! :-)
What? Who was trying to shut down the live threads?
But I'm winning the billion and 1/2. LOL
I'd better...the market is in the damned dumper. :-(
Read the post very carefully Jim names the person
Thank you very much, hoosiermama!!
I don’t know what to eat.
I live in a little Dutch farming village in northwestern Washington just four miles from the Canadian border. We have a Dutch restaurant, primarily a breakfast place, that serves these yu-u-uge country breakfasts. I go there once every one or two weeks. If you listen carefully, you can find out what's going on in town.
There were two middle aged couples in a booth nearby, and two of the four people were local Republican committee persons. They simply couldn't understand either the Trump phenomenon or the Cruz phenomenon. They had signed up for Jeb, switched to Rubio when Jeb's campaign sputtered, and now they didn't know what to do. Their political world seemed to be falling apart.
I'm not the kind of person to insert myself into a private conversation, but I found it interesting.
I thought Trump may have lost an opportunity last night. I enjoyed Mystery Science Theater 3000 when it was on the air, and I thought that rather than have official replies to Obama's address, it would have been more effective -- and more fun -- if Trump opened up a You Tube channel and commented live over Obama's speech, performing the roles of Joel, Crow and Tom Servo himself. I could hear Trump saying, "Oh, that's a crock!" to some of Obama's statements. "Do you believe this crap!" It would have gotten higher ratings than Obama's address on all networks and would have created a lot of buzz.
I think it’s an honor system...
HOw do we know they are doing this?
Gee, I don’t know!
When did he say that?
I cook. :-)
But if the market keeps being killed, we will soon be eating far less elegant dinners.
I’m experimenting with Italian sausage I canned a few years ago. I’m not sure about its texture - canning can do weird things. I’ll add some tomatoes I froze from the garden last summer, and have it over formerly frozen ravioli. I made some hoagie rolls - an experiment again, a new recipe. Those will be garlic bread.
Making bread is one of my favorite hobbies, so I’ll supply plenty for our get-togethers. If anyone comes to NE Tennessee, look me up for a rural country experience! We can hike the Appalachian Train too, it’s just a few miles away.
On his website that lists the rallies and has the youtube links.
WHY....what have WE done?
Got it. How Orwellian.
He usually tweets stuff all the time.
Did he not put out any tweets about the SOU last night?
