I’m experimenting with Italian sausage I canned a few years ago. I’m not sure about its texture - canning can do weird things. I’ll add some tomatoes I froze from the garden last summer, and have it over formerly frozen ravioli. I made some hoagie rolls - an experiment again, a new recipe. Those will be garlic bread.
Making bread is one of my favorite hobbies, so I’ll supply plenty for our get-togethers. If anyone comes to NE Tennessee, look me up for a rural country experience! We can hike the Appalachian Train too, it’s just a few miles away.

Oh YUM!!! And yes to the Appalachian Trail also....I lived in PA for 17 years and drove 18 wheels from Jacksonville, FLA to Bangor, Maine, so I know about the East Coast...
