this is bad. i dont know enough but half the experts are saying its fine, and half arent. or whatever percent. i dont know.

how does Ted get this resolved.

and why is it posted so much when he’s so far behind?

i like cruz, but was turned off by him saying bill isn’t a factor.

but i dont want him disqualified for this!!

if not now, i want him to be pres in 2024. let him mature as a man and a politician and understand stick to your principles no matter what.

i know, he’s a little too much of a religious zealot for some, and flipped and then flopped on a few things.

but Everyone HAS!! we’re human.

i’ve flipped and then flopped on domestic partnership for gays..i dont even want THAT now. they wanted more all along.

flip flopped on thinking the 3 million muzzies here are citizens so they stay. that have to GO!!

thought maybe a few laws making sure the big guns dont get into the wrong hands was ok. NO!! i shot an M4 a few months ago and loved it!!! 2nd amendment, people!!!

i thought fox was conservative WRONG!!

FR helped me see the light. :)

But I was ALWAYS solid on abortion. It’s sick and vile. and get rid of this welfare, snap and section 8 nonsense.

point is, everyone flips/flops every now and then.

boy did i give you TMI!!!!

sorry!! I’m a rambling italian!!!

I don't disagree with your assessment. The point is that ANY doubt on Cruz's status WILL be exploited by the Democrats at the WORST possible time for us. Insisting there is no issue through gritted teeth when your opposition is fully capable of MAKING IT an issue is short-sighted and vainglorious.

Better to petition the courts for a ruling before painting yourself into a corner with an ineligible candidate.

Furthermore, I believe the GOPe will get four square behind Cruz if the Primaries go the way I think they will. They may hate Cruz, but at least he is manageable in that he has never been able to actually succeed in his attempts to alter "the way things are done."

Trump is the unknown quantity they actually fear, because Trump will come in with his own "rules" instead of just trying to alter theirs.

That's not to say Trump will walk all over the Constitution. But he HAS demonstrated on at least two occasions a refusal to abide by the "informal" Washington understanding of what's Constitutional and prevailed.
