Other constitutional scholars disagree so why would you take Levin’s word over theirs? I’ve read his books too, but he is no God.

So is my daughter, a law graduate.
SCOTUS Trumps all legal scholars as the final arbiters of ALL laws and constitution. Might as well get familiar with our system.
