Napolatano was a traffic judge in the Bronx. As a boy, he played Eddie in the Musters. He is not the answer man folks — That will be Judge Roberts on SCOTUS. How do you think that is coming out? By the way Trump is writing Cruz off as VP because of Cruz’s inaction on getting a declaratory judgment which is sooo easy.

So, since Cruz’s father was Cuban, whether one believes both parents have to be American at time of birth or just the father, then Cruz is not a natural-born citizen.

I read that Queen Noor/Lisa Halaby did, in fact, renounce her US citizenship when she married Heussein. Also became a Muslim when she married him. Her Arab father’s family were Syrian Christians.

There are many legal minds that disagree with Napolitano on what is a natural born citizen and a citizen. There is a difference and Napolitano has not cleared this up with his statement.

Given the Constitution's ambiguity on the matter of course there is disagreement.

Which is why, until the appropriate authority does clear it up (which will not happen in the foreseeable future apparently), IMO Cruz with his American mom is absolutely eligible and this entire discussion is silly.

Silly? I do not think so. I would like the answer to this question once and for all.They do not want to rule on it because it may turn out that Obama was ineligible to be President and all of his work as President would become null and void.

On America's Newsroom this morning, Fox News senior judicial analyst Judge Andrew Napolitano said that Cruz's American citizenship is "well-settled and established" under a law that goes back 100 years.

Why do these idiots not get it? Of course he's a citizen. The question is whether he's a natural born citizen per the constitution and qualified to run for office.
