Yes, but if you send out a “deportation force” to raid all kinds of houses and find ever last illegal to deport, you are going to end up trampling on the rights of a lot of citizens and legal resident aliens in the process.

If an illegal is caught and tried for murder, are they/do they follow normal due process or try them in a kangaroo court?

Actually a I spoke too fast. Even illegals have some constitutional rights. I am going to post a portion of the 14th Amendment and type the relevant wording in sll caps. Basically the 14th Amendment describes some rights for citizens and some rights for any person.

No state shall make or enforce any law which shall abridge the privileges or immunities of CITIZENS of the United States; nor shall any state deprive ANY PERSON of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor deny to ANY PERSONwithin its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws.
