Do you know that is what Trump is about? Is it even remotely possible that he wants to keep Grayson from shoeing in Hillary, as he says - and that he waited to say anything about this until the threat of Jeb, etc and “divide and conquer the conservatives so the squish can get elected” was mostly mitigated?
Both these guys are walking a minefield that is stacked against them. Do you realize that - that there is a time when they have to say certain things in order to avoid this or that mine that would blow up our chances to save this republic? This isn’t as easy as it appears on the surface.
How would YOU stop Grayson (or Hillary, if Grayson wouldn’t have standing) from shoeing in Hillary with a corrupt judge if Cruz is the Republican candidate? Hillary was stopped from exposing Obama’s ineligibility because the people who needed to file a petition were both killed in succession within the 2 weeks before the DNC Convention shortly after each one agreed to present the petition. She had her surrogate file a lawsuit instead, as Obama’s handlers allegedly threatened to kill Chelsea if Hillary and Bill pursued Obama’s ineligibility. There won’t be those constraints on her this time. This time they may threaten to kill Chelsea if Hillary DOESN’T challenge Cruz’s eligibility.
And if Hillary isn’t the Dem candidate, why should we think BErnie Sanders or any other Dem would be any more able to withstand the foreign enemy combatant’s thugs? Do they have no loved ones whose death could be threatened, or are they impervious to threats against loved ones? I can tell you, it is not fun to balance threats to your loved ones with love of country, even when there IS love of country. If there’s no love of country, it’s a no-brainer to simply protect your loved ones by obeying the hostage-takers.
So how would you keep Hillary, Sanders, etc from getting a corrupt judge to disqualify the only candidate standing in the way of a Dem POTUS?
Wishful thinking - that this will all just go away - is NOT a plan or strategy. It is suicide. Is that really where you think we need to go with this?

Trump is so transparent, EXCEPT to Trump supporters who won’t take their blinders off. Even if someone is a Trump suporter, can’t they admit that THIS is WRONG?
