It's all in the timing... Obama has no choice but to bail her out of this one.
I think in the next month or so the Justice Department will announce that “no laws were broken” and then Hillary will be able to say “Those nasty Republicans have hounded me and even with all that scrutiny I was found to be totally honorable”. ]]
Exactly- “We did an ‘bipartisan investigation and fouidn that no laws were broken... We did however discover that Marco Rubio had an affair with a white house hottie, and he is now the subject of our investigation”
Nevertheless, a friend of mine lost his security clearance for taking classified data home to work on over the weekend. He made the paper unclassified (secret, not stamped) and left the column headings and row titles off the paper, he knew what the data was. Then he went home and charged his time to the project.
He was caught by having to undergo a lie detector evaluation for a new job. He failed the question about taking classified material out of the plant.
So the question is, did Hillary do essentially the same thing by sojourning putting classified material on a non classified network?
I think so.
