Eleanor Darragh, mother of Sen. Ted Cruz (R-TX) 97% , was born in Delaware on Nov. 23, 1934, establishing her citizenship by birth-and, according to U.S. law, that of her son, even though he was born in Calgary, Alberta, Canada, on Dec. 22, 1970.
The Cruz for President campaign provided Breitbart News exclusively with the birth certificate.

Nothing was legally decided. Because it did not reach SCOTUS means nothing about legitimacy.
It would make no sense to have the unique Natural Born language if it did not delineate a unique status.

You mean like to delineate a “unique status” of citizen at birth as opposed to “naturalized citizens” who were, by definition, not citizens at birth. And naturalized citizens could not be President whereas “citizens at birth” could be?

I dont worry about Trump. He can deal with these guys just fine. Cruz needs 100 bloggers and half of talk radio to run cover for him at the slightest criticism.

Ahh....Orly IS a lawyer and a not particularly good one. She does however generate massive quantities of SPAM and, unfortunately, that helps clog my inbox and spam folders also.
That’s fine. ALTHOUGH, I don’t put complete stock in IQ measures. Birth certificates and school records are documentary evidence. IQ tests, eh, who knows.
My name is badly misspelled and Father's name is also wrongly entered. Born at home and documents were written by the delivering Doc. Did not have a birth certificate until I was in my twenties. Parents never had one, their parents and births were recorded in family Bibles.
Now, about Trump’s “understandings” with the MAFIA. We need to get those aired out before the general election. Should we start now with THAT legitimate issue?
