There is a reason for that. NOBODY wants to live in Detroit.

That old chestnut about real estate it true; What are the three most important factors in valuing real estate?

Location, Location, Location.

Here's a beautiful upscale model, ready for the new owner and a large family.

Just add a few personal touches and move right in to your dream home.

Has a recent roof, a great view and includes custom window treatments.

Make a reasonable offer and this classic Detroit beauty can be yours.

One gun in Detroit is being under armed. You need a shotgun, rifle and a good sidearm.

Brooks Patterson, the CEO of prosperous Wayne County north of Detroit, tells the following story:

One time he had to drive into Detroit for a meeting, and he couldn’t find a parking space at the venue, so he parked some distance away.

He asked a cop how long it would take to walk to the venue, and cop said,

“I don’t know. No one’s ever made it.”

Millennials in Detroit can afford a whopping 3,205-square-foot abode.

Just be sure to add .50 cals mounted on remote-control turrets at all 4 corners of the house to cover the dead zone inside the c-wire perimeter fence.
