Are Y'all fixin? As in "fixin" to get excited for Donald Trump tonight?
Tonight will be @ the Flynn Center for the Performing Arts in Burlington, VT.
I will post other live threads if they superior to this one. For example, we've noticed that Fox News of Phoenix sometimes stream the Trump Rallys at:

Here's a little background of this historic place.
HISTORY OF THE FLYNN
The Flynn has been at the center of Vermont's cultural landscape for almost 80 yearsâfrom its earliest days as a vaudeville house through five decades as a premier movie theater to its present incarnation as the region's leading performance center and arts education organization. Today, the Flynn Center for the Performing Arts is recognized internationally for its significant artistic, educational, and community outreach activities; superb technical capacity; beautiful ambiance; historic setting; and world-class presentations.
As we approach the Flynn's 30th anniversary as a performing arts center and 80th anniversary as an historic theater, we celebrate a rich legacy of connecting our community with the arts.
THE BIRTH OF AN ENTERTAINMENT
It was the time of the Great Depression and the country was trying to rebound from the stock market crash of 1929. The presence of the University of Vermont and active textile and lumber industries buffered Burlington somewhat from the ravages of precipitous economic decline. "Bootleggers" scoffed at Prohibition. The face of George Washington was unveiled on Mount Rushmore. The Graf Zeppelin took to the air. Hamburger was 35 cents a pound, an entire steak dinner cost just $1.25, and Ford's new Deluxe Coupe could be driven out of the showroom for $545.

One last comment.
This is Bernie Sanders country. Why the Trump Team picked this place is beyond me. It's been reported, in some publications, that the organizers were worried his crowd would scoop up all the tickets. Whether this is true or not, I personally wouldn't know, but fact is the Trump Team has offered up to 20,000 tickets on line to an event that will hold approximately 1400 people. This seems a bit absurd, and may cause a problem for the neighborhood.
It's already posing a problem for the local police force who are committed to having an orderly and safe show.
I've noticed also in the local news that some of the artists who have performed at the Flynn have asked that theater cancel the event, because they consider Donald Trump's Rally has a forum for "hate speech," but the Directors of theater refused.
Let's pray that there are no serious injuries tonight.
Here are some excerpts from the Burlington Free Press:
Vermonters who plan to see Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump speak on Thursday should prepare for "airport-like" security and sizable crowds after the campaign issued tickets for more than 10 times the number of available seats, the Flynn Center's executive director says.
âWeâve been working with the Secret Service very carefully along with the Burlington Police Department,â said John Killacky, whose 1,400-seat theater is playing host to Trump's evening speech.
Outside the venue, city officials are concerned after learning the Trump campaign issued far more free tickets than there are available seats. As of midday Wednesday, police said the campaign had distributed about 20,000.
âI wonder if the Trump campaign took into account the safety of the police officers who have to contend with large, dissatisfied crowds,â Burlington Police Chief Brandon del Pozo said. âThis situation would place police officers in needless confrontations with citizenry.â
I heard that!!!
TRUMP SAID IT FIRST!
I get the impulse to respond to the attention whores but if we could all hold it back they’d stop, I believe. This is the happiest clique on FR and hence, much nightly fun. And of course they’ll all be with us in another month once the primary is over and enjoying the fun too.
One of my favorites too....guess it’s because it’s so poignant
Join us tonight. Or just afternoon when it is posted. A great place to hang out. It’s usually on the sidebar if you don’t get pinged. I don’t really have a list and sometimes my mind misses a couple
Thanks hoosiermama!
I should be around, and I appreciate the invitation.
I have watched or taped ALL of his rallies, I don’t think I’ve missed one.
I enjoy the FReeper banter, and recipes....FUN!
I make meatloaf with 2/3rds cup evaporated milk......it’s my mil recipe.
What are we eating tonight?
Fixin to post tonight’s thread here soon.
Ohhhh :)
I can’t compete with you gourmet chefs!!!
Probably a salad and baked potato for me :)
I’ve got two links ready TRUmp meatloaf and making sandwich with Martha Stewart. Lol
Hey, Guenie! Long time, no see!
I am retired now and loving it. I should have retired right out of college and skipped the BS! :-)
Household Six and I are volunteering for Trump here in New Hampshire. Quite an experience.
Son Jack didn’t take to college, so got a job throwing feed at the local Tractor Supply, three years ago. They just made him a store manager in Massachusetts, last month! He is doing fine!
Nothing wrong with that.
Yes and more
This is too funny....I asked hubby if the meatloaf had ketchup on top. He said, “I didn’t have the meatloaf”. I said, “Yes, you did, it was the special of the day. What did you have, then?” Hubby, “Well, I can’t remember, now, but it was good”.
LOL!! We got a kick out of that!! I remember the mashed potatoes on his plate. Maybe it was pot roast.
Thanks, again for another great Trump rally thread, nikos!!
Hey you!
Glad to hear everything is going so well!!!!
Your son sounds perfectly happy, and that’s what is important!
So good to hear from you!
My husband retired 2 years ago, the whole family is very well!
So GLAD you’re helping Trump in New Hampshire!

I've thought about that. He really can't say "criminal" or "treasonous" without opening himself to a raft of Federal lawsuits that would only hinder his forward motion. It would also box him into a position where, after he is elected, people would feel entitled to vigorous prosecution of an overwhelming number of crimes done by literally thousands of actors in this past 7 years.
But when you think about it, going against the grain of common sense, the will of the People, America's history of success and Natural Law is indeed stupid, no matter how evil their intentions.
No ... You’re just an A$$
