Liberal judge + liberal target = ruling of no standing + suits thrown out

Liberal judge + conservative target = suits go to trial + more suits filed

There were 2 challenges to Ted Cruz’s eligibility brought before the election board in New Hampshire in an effort to keep Cruz’s name off the ballot.

Try again. Trump was questioning Cruz's eligibility back in March, before he had even announced. These were filed within the last month or so.
