It has been generally agreed, I think, that a natural-born citizen includes one who has an American-citizen parent and is born on foreign soil - like a U.S. diplomat to a foreign country whose child is born there.
This was all gone over with a fine tooth comb with Obama. Trump needs a quick update on this, drop it, and move on.
