onald Trump has all but promised us that in 2016 we will revisit the peregrinations of Bill Clintonâs penis. âYou look at whether itâs Monica Lewinsky or Paula Jones or many of them,â he said Tuesday on NBCâs Today show. âThat certainly will be fair game. Certainly if they play the womanâs card with respect to me, that will be fair game.â Like that, thanks to Trumpâs near-supernatural command of the news cycle, Billâs sexual history returned to the headlines. With Bill about to head out on the campaign trailâand with Hillary putting gender issues at the center of her bid for the presidencyâitâs likely to stay there for a while.
Among Democrats, the conventional wisdom is that this can only help Hillary. Bill Clinton remains incredibly popular. People historically rally around Hillary when she seems like a victimâher approval ratings surged during the Lewinsky scandal. Besides, the oft-married Trump canât credibly attack anyone for infidelity, especially given his own past defenses of Bill, whose only sin, in Trumpâs estimation, was not cheating with hotter women. As Josh Marshall writes, â[I]n a general election, with an electorate not driven by the things that drive Trump supporters, having a thrice married, philandering blowhard like Trump trying to beat up on a woman over her husband's philandering, about which she is if anything the victim rather than

But our rules for talking about sexual assault have changed since the 1990s, when these women were last in the news. Today, feminists have repeatedly and convincingly made the case that when women say theyâve been sexually assaulted, we should assume theyâre telling the truth. Particularly when it comes to Broaddrick, itâs not easy to square the arguments against believing her with the dominant progressive consensus on trusting victims. This is

And Trump? He can retort something like fool me once, shame on you, fool me several times shame on me.
Yes she is, but she doesn’t care. She’s Ms. Machiavelli. If a Bill of shenanigans helps her political future (as she understands it) then she’s like, why Bill, more power to you!
Slate doesn't get the thing about rape being a 'bad' thing... or setting detectives on women to shut them up is.. is... WRONG. Running sluts and nuts teams... or having political war rooms used to damage powerless women doesn't bother them either... Slate's a sexist organization?
Why Billâs Past Could Still Hurt Hillary — syphilis!
They already tried that back in June when they brought up allegations that Ivanna Trump had made during their divorce hearing. These went away when the former Mrs. Trump went on TV a few days later to deny that they were true.
This is sometimes known in legal circles as the "Classical Roman Polanski Defense Strategy."
As it stands, and you know they've been looking, the only real dirt they have on Trump is the fact that he advocated for a lighter sentence for Mike Tyson when he was convicted of abusing Robin Givens.
Around the same time, however, he also advocated for the death penalty for the central park rapists -who were definitely guilty but later acquitted on technicalities.
Bill Clinton has never had coat tails. Not in 1994, 2000 or 2008.
People forget the dominance Dems had in the House until Clinton.
30 % of the adult population is divorced. That won’t stick on Donald.
Has Paula Jones endorsed anyone? Is she even a registered voter?
Clinton is in trouble now because he tried to fix the outcome of a courtcase — the Paula Jones case. That case was ordered to go forward by the U.S. Supreme Court (9-0). He lost. So what did he do? In front of a federal judge, Susan Webber Wright, he tried to “fix” his case. He assured that false testimony would be given by Monica Lewinsky, via her false affidavit. He lied to the grand jury later. They conspired to hide evidence.
These are very, very serious offenses. And I might add one other thing that nobody has focused on — what Clinton has done to Lewinsky. He conspired with her to commit perjury. The President of the United States, the man who swore an oath to faithfully execute the law, took this young woman and turned her into a criminal. He put her in criminal harm's way. He didn't care if she went to Leavenworth for 25 years.
Lewinsky never had any motive to lie. She told 11 people she was having sex with the President, according to the Starr Report. She believed after he left office the President was going to leave Hillary and run off with her. She would have been happy to go to the top of a mountain and yell at the top of her lungs that she was having an affair with Bill Clinton. She had no motive to lie, except to protect him. If you think about how he used this intern, it is contemptible.
Yes, Mr. Bill had no coattails, but his supporters had shirttails.
Mr. Bill is known to use anyone willing to listen and believe in him.
Are you talking about Bill Clinton or Bill Cosby?
We could have a video of Hillary holding down one of Bill’s victims and it would mean nothing to Democrat’s and the anti-Christian forces in America.
NEVER!
The Democrats are in panic mode already to reach down into the gutter and attack Donald Trump for his personal life. It is gutter politics meant to destroy Trump and you can bet the Clinton machine will dig up or create womanizing scandals about Trump, even as to go as far as to mention his three marriages.
*********************************************************
You are equating Trump’s infidelity with Clinton’s rapes. That’s despicable.
I believe I said that the Democrats will resort to gutter politics to attempt to destroy Trump.
It’s Hillary’s past that will hurt her. Take the focus off of it being Bill’s past. She was right in there.
Someone said -—Trump wasn’t president and wasn’t in the Oval Office doing what bill did. Also what happened to the evidence that was secreted in the basement room? Congress was told to go down and read in private. The ppl weren’t allowed to see it.
