Yes, innuendo. If Hillary had a serial killer campaigning for her, it would be wrong to imply she was also a serial killer, right? Maybe terrible judgement, but that’s a direct problem. Innuendo as Ted seems to be using it here is simple- minded guilt by association. It’s a bad form of argument because it doesn’t deal with the real problem, the flaws in the policy and character of the candidate. This sort of thing just drives it home again that Ted is living out his Christian faith, and that should play well with the vast new evangelical coalition he is hoping to build. It makes sense.

Once again, you hit the nail squarely on its head. Every day, I am more convinced that Cruz's substance will overcome Trump's sizzle in the long haul.
Flash back one year and recall what even the mention of Donald Trump elicited here...
NYC sharp operator
Mobbed up
Multiple marriages
Out of touch with normal Americans
Bankruptcies
Bad hair
Clown
For starters. And I would bet that some of his newly minted, true believer fans were rock solid in their dismissal of him as a potential President.
It is a truly wondrous thing to see so much baggage go so missing, so rapidly.
Oh, it's much more than that. She enabled Bill's very bad behavior with other women....even helped him avoid responsibility. Just what branch of Christianity permits a wife to enable her husband's adultery?
Cruz saying it's not an issue is like Sanders saying no one cares about hillary's emails. hillary has time and again demonstrated that it is not a moral or ethical compass that guides her.
In a campaign, it's a winning issue, that it's about time we go someone decent in the WH. Why would Cruz avoid that discussion?
These idiots don't know that Christ was calling the Pharisees the children of Satan, and Paul was calling heretics "dogs," believers in devils, and urging them to emasculate themselves!
I do not understand this sissyified nonsense put out by Cruz and his supporters.
