Bill *was* charismatic, back in the day.
Back before Chicago Barry stole his mojo.

Now he comes off as the creepy, old, drunk, pervert down the street.
You know the type, the one who plays pocket pool while watching the young girls play soccer.
The kind that makes you want to go home and take a shower.

Really, Ted should know that Mr. Bill isn’t going to let anybody ignore him. He’ll steal the spotlight from Mrs. Bill if he gets bored.
