This Jew knows that this promise is utter BS and makes me sway away from Cruz now. Any candidate who blurts out such promises in order to win the Jewish vote is a waste of time as the Liberal Jews vote Democratic anyway...

This goes against US policy so, it’s an empty promise...

Jeeeeez. Yea, that’s really blatant pandering. Kind of gross to be honest. What Iran deal? Never heard of one.

"Now", LOL? You've been "swaying away from Cruz" and pushing Trump for months. Get off it.

You should look for a video of Ted Cruz's rally and listen to his speech about moving the U.S. Embassy to Jerusalem. He means it!

He also explains the U.S. policy he is against.

Whhhhhaaaaaat?

"Goes against US Policy"? Who on earth do you think SETS "US Policy"? Possibly the "Chief Executive", ya think?

Do you prefer the US conceded Jerusalem to the Muslims? Is Jerusalem the Capital of Israel? Don't want to offend the Muslims, so we put our embassy in Tel Aviv?

“...This goes against US policy so, it’s an empty promise...”? There are quite a few “US policies” that Cruz would be changing...including this one. Any president with leadership skills and courage could fill that promise. And Cruz will keep this promise. And, to make you feel better, so would Trump should he win and be so inclined.

...And this Zionist Goy, who happened to have lived and studied in Jerusalem, completely disagrees with you.

The location of US embassies is very much within the authority of the chief executive and this promise by Cruz is directed primarily to conservative evangelical Christians who care much more about Israel than the average secular Jew in the USA. Cruz knows his base and he knows that we take the admonitions of Gen.12:1-3 quite seriously.

Don’t give up, Netz. This BS is an example of playing to the evangelical base, but that base of population soon runs out of gas outside of the South, as you well know.

Cruz seems entrenched in making the sale to IOWA evangelicals, as if there is no other constituency listening. By now, I would have thought he could maybe broaden his theme a tad, without coming back to this religious hot button theme, but guess not.

Not all evangelicals are in his camp, for one thing, and he wants to do well in Iowa. This Trump guy is competing, and he has plenty of evangelicals, and other faiths, or he would not be smoking the field in the South already.

I hope you are happy with Netanyahu. I am a great fan of his, and I have wondered what he is thinking when he hears comments like this.

You're a low info type.

The president has the constitutional authority to do this. And even if he didn't, there is already a law The Jerusalem Embassy Act in place to do it.

Clrealy, you are clueless. The law already mandates the embassy be moved to Jerusalem. This administration uses a “security concern” excuse not to comply with the law.

To your point though, every Jew knows about this, so they know it is absolutely what the President can do whenever he wants to. So, they know the “security concern” is bogus, and a promise to move the embassy is valid, and easily done.

.
You ommitted the word Ignorant before Jew.

The promise is rock solid.

Presidents make policy. - Where did you think policy came from?

Cruz has the endorsement of all Orthodox Rabbis.

My bet is they know far more than you do (but then so does Forrest Gump)

And you haven't tasted the BS sandwiches Trump has been feeding you? Must be an acquired taste.
