Vital organs are protected by a leather tarp in case the administrator of the stroke strikes an errant blow, which almost never happens as they are trained properly.
Notice he’s covered up so no one can recognize him. Even his hands are covered. Beheaders also cover their faces. Odd since they’re so proud of their culture.
This is Islam. This is what they want for all of us. ASAP.

Beheading, enslavement and rape encouraged in the name of a god? The world is divided by Islam into two houses - the ummah (Sp) where islam is the law of the land and the House of War - every where else in the world.
If you're not a believer then you're kaffir, fair game for whatever suits the muslim's purpose, only dirt stepped on their way to their goal.
In fact, even writing this subjects me to an actual realistic fear that some 7th century whack job will seek me out and kill me and all my family as the fate of a blasphemer.
That such a thought is even a consideration should outrage any free society.
Islam is a worldwide evil which if no where else should be banned in the United States as a subversive political entity which seeks the overthrow of our Constitution, our government and the imposition of Sharia law over all. Their prophet commands it.
