The Reverend Al Sharpton called for Chicago Mayor Rahm Emanuel to step down because of his poor management of race and policing in his city since the release last month of a video showing a white Chicago police officer firing 16 shots into a black teenager and subsequent officer violence.
Mr. Emanuel is vacationing in Cuba, while demonstrators are circulating petitions for his resignation, and protesters blocked traffic on the city’s famed shopping district on Michigan Avenue on Christmas Eve chanting “Rahms got to go in 2016!â€
“You talk about a crisis on steroids,†Mr. Sharpton said Monday on MSNBC’s “Morning Joe†program. “You are in the middle of a recall vote, they are circulating petitions in Chicago to recall you, the state legislature is going to have to deal with it and you don’t even come back? This is the height of either insensitivity or lack of intelligence or arrogance, or a reasonable combination of all three.

I don’t believe that $harpton said that. He doesn’t know that many big words.
Is the reason Sharpton says this is because Rahm is planning to retire and wants to set up Sharpton to takeover his position?
“Is he vacationing there, or seeking asylum?”
He’s touring the prison system, getting pointers on how to properly handle political prisoners.
Looks like Rahm, after he gets back from his communist “dictatorship of the proletariat” workshop and vacation in Cuba, will have to pull out the old “ballerina princess” LGBT card to save his day job.
However, Sharpton will continue to deliver Black votes to the Democratic Party despite the way that party has exploited Blacks, kept them dependent on government handouts, kept their kids in second rate schools and fired the flames of racism.
Sharpton usurped the throne as “king of all blacks” when JJ’s love child made the news (remember that sweet payback for the GW Bush DWI story?).
Michael Savage played a clip a few weeks ago of Sharpton ranting about climate change (and how it has a disparate impact on blacks). He complained that too many blacks lived near “carbon”...
