I came into this thinking there was no way I could support Trump. Someone asked me back around May if I had read his platform. I said, “No.” They countered with, “You might find you like it.” I responded by saying, “I can’t see myself supporting him, so it would be wasted on me.”

I was wrong. The more I learned about him, the more I thought it was important for people to give themselves permission to listen. I started making posts that would let others know I considered him worth hearing out.

Before long, I found myself supporting him. Then it became a knock down drag out fight here, Cruz supporters vs the Trump supporters.

I know that Trump supporters go to the Cruz threads like the Cruz supporters come to ours. I still think the Trump supporters tend to stick more to issues. The Cruz supporters get downright nasty.

Finally, a few weeks a go, I just decided to play fire with fire. I’m sick of the Crewz here.

Ted isn’t a solid as they think. I’ve hardly gone after him. That isn’t right. I need to out him for who he is. He is not who they think he is.

That day is coming.

I hear you, DO. I’ve never seen a more vicious group than some of the Cruz “supporters”. I’m done with him.

I almost NEVER post to a Cruz thread; unlike the crazed Cruzites storm troopers.

I have NEVER posted anything nasty about Cruz, nor insulted him, impugned him, nor made insane comparisons between Cruz and some horrid historical or current person.

Have I fought back, on Trump threads? YOU BET I HAVE AND AM PROUD OF EVERY POST!

I've even been getting snarky FRmail from one of the Cruzites, which I find particularly nuts and harassing.

Sadly, I fear that this is only going to get worse and that's a shame.
