Yeah, I was thinking all that, and you said it.

It is infuriating and you have to wonder how one can either be so blind, or, so completely in-your-face about a destination like that.

In Rahm's case, it's in-your-face. Chicago is burning and he not only goes on a 10-day vacay, but in CUBA. Unreal.
