H-E-B grocers in Texas have put signage on their doors barring openly carried handguns, while Kroger says they will simply abide by the new law which will allow openly carried handguns, beginning January 1.

I was in Alabama this past week, and bought some targets at a small store that sold alcohol (beer/wine), tobacco and firearms.

Told the lady at the counter they should have named it ATF. The perfect store IMO.

The only part of this law I like s that it keeps people from being hassled for accidentally displaying a weapon
