He uses the lists of registered Republican available in any county in the country for copying for a small fee. They are public record and available to anyone. He only has to photocopy them once and he can utilize them throughout the whole primary.

In my primary election campaigns I always availed myself of this service and used the lists when mailing out my brochures and other campaign material.

I received two of the thumbs-up Trump Christmas cards, probably because I had ordered and paid for my red Trump cap over the internet, so I was on two lists.

I doubt he’s using the voter registration lists. Every registered R would have gotten one.
