New Hampshire Republican voters checking their mailboxes may have come across a letter from a peculiar sender: Donald J. Trump.
Trump, the leading Republican presidential candidate, sent a Christmas card to every registered New Hampshire Republican, The Washington Post's Ed O'Keefe reports.
On the outside, the card bears a photo of Trump giving a thumbs-up while wearing his "Make America Great Again" hat. On the inside, it includes a message of love this holiday season.

Go pollute some other thread. We’re all basking in the glow of Trump’s card and then you, Scrooge, shows up. I got a little picture frame from my sister for Christmas, and I plan on putting a pic of Trump in it, and place it on my nightstand next to my bed, lol. Just a little idol worship to fit your preconceived notions, And I’ll give the pic a big smooch before lights out. No diddlydoodledawg loser on my nightstand, nosiree.
*Shrug* Epiphany is a holy day. All 12 days of Christmas are holy days. The words in themselves aren’t good or bad; it’s how they’re used.
Class in NEVER a matter of dollars but ALWAYS a matter of pennies. Trump knows this. Go Trump Go.
I got 2 lol
(I’m in FL)
It was GREAT! :)
I got a card in Texas.
actually I got the card from Trump, no strings attached and then one from Cruz...with asking for emergency funds as well as Merry Christmas.
Damn, you people are easily impressed.
I got one in Texas as well. Shows that the man and his staff pay attention to detail. I suspect he’ll surprise a lot of folks in Iowa.
According to the last census 97% of the people in New Hampshire are Christian or non-religious. So if stores shouldn't say "Happy Holidays" because 90% of the people are in there preparing for Christmas then shouldn't Trump can the "Happy Holidays" since 97% of the people he's sending the cards to likely celebrate Christmas?
I’ve even contributed to Trump and didn’
wait
I’m in Utah, and these [fine folks] would put Romney on the ballot, again, if they could.
And to yours as well.
Thanks for the tip.
Thanks for the laughs.
Happy Holidays is a reference to Christmas/New Years Eve/New Years collectively and also presumably Hanukkah for those who celebrate Hanukkah. It was a common phrase when I was growing up (late 60’s - 70’s) - not as a replacement for Merry Christmas, but in conjunction with Merry Christmas. This was before political correctness had fully taken over.
Why not just wish them a Merry Christmas as well? Would he have sent all the Republicans a card wishing them a Happy Hanukkah and Happy Holidays?
The war on Christmas has been the ELIMINATION of using the word Christmas. Trump did that, first and foremost.
Of course he did.
Did you read the link? Did you see a picture of the card? It says - Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays.
Bah, humbug.
Just a little idol worship to fit your preconceived notions, And I'll give the pic a big smooch before lights out.
I would not be surprised at all if you were serious.
Why the need to add "Happy Holidays"? What's wrong with just "Merry Christmas and Happy New Year"?
I don’t see anything wrong with
Happy, happy... now STFU.
Because not everyone is celebrating Christmas and it respects everyone.
I remember “Seasons Greetings” was just fine in the 50’s and 60’s and 70’s and 80’s.
It is only the tabloid (bleeds it leads) BS news type outlets that are stoking they hyper offending.
Frankly the fake excuse for more government worker time off holiday in between is far more offensive.
Again, I wouldn’t send a Christmas card to an atheists’ house just to ofend or proove a point but the fact that people obviously feel like saying Merry Christmas in a public space is wrong is why people are upset and feel like the culture in under attack. Obviously you don’t like Trump and you think you got him in a bind here but I think you misunderstand why people feel there is a war on Christmas
Here in Texas, I ended up with two.
