I don't know what that potato dish is really called. My family always just called it : "TWO DAY OLD MASHED POTATOES" and yes, it IS delicious. :-)

Oh yes, a pinch of ground white pepper is always a good addition. My stuffing has onions and celery and sage in it, also LOTS of butter and chicken broth.
