What is stopping other candidates from holding multiple rallies and townhall meetings where they fire up the crowds with straight from the heart speeches, thus attracting media and free publicity?

Over twenty years ago, Rush Limbaugh said the first presidential candidate to take the fight to the Drive-By Media, call them out, and get in their face would be unstoppable.

Rush was right. It says something that Trump has been the first person intelligent enough to actually try that strategy.
