++++ 1 on the horseradish. I have never had Yorkshire pudding so cannot coment. But the au jus and horseradish make prime rib the super delish it will always be. And one of the ultimate beef dishes too! This is why you have a few restaurants (USA) that specialize in it and advertise it.
Basically Yorkshire pudding is a type of bread you bake in the beef drippings. Awesome
If you never had Pho Bo, I like Pho Thai Nam, it is awesome.
They roast the marrow bones and then make the beefiest broth I have ever had
I must try it sometime in a good restaurant. Real peasant food where all of the animal was used....nothing wasted and things were better back then. These kind of people never would have voted for an a man with three Muslim names. And seven years after the 911 attack! Crazy, complacent and stupid all rolled into one
The flavor - the marrow - is inside the bones, and has to be roasted to get the most out of it. Plus, bones should be broken or sawed in half before the stock pot, to get the full roasted flavor from their roasting and marrow. The leftovers, cartiledge, meat scraps, fat etc goes into the stockpot w/ spices and cut/broken bones, water and boils to loosen the flavor from it all. Essentially, you’re making demi-glace.
In yiddish there is a progression to words.
There is a petz, peztzella, putz... and schlong is when you need a truck for it because its YUuuuuuuge! LOL
We have a lot of competing stores down here so I’m sure there will be some avaliable.
LOl fine with me!
Amen
Veering from England into the far east...... I love pho. I always get the kind with raw beef slices that cook in the hot broth. Viet-Americans make the best beef broth for their pho. Its laborious to do at home. Best I can see on the www is buy beef shin and start with this to make the stock. Plus the Vietnamese add superior beef complimentary seasonings to pho broth such as Chinese five spice and star anise
Making excellent Pho is real act of love...not that bllcrp Yeb! was yammering stammering about!
Competition is good
$99.00 a lb. is so far over my budget I won’t have to worry about buying that one.I can get Kobi steak cheaper than that.!!
Amen again!
LOL $4.99.
Dang old keyboard is ready for the scrap heap
Perhaps so in your area. The rest of the country watched the season finale on Showtime on Sunday, December 20. Great series!
I was wondering I saw that ad. Pretty good deal. No telling what we will pay down here..
Then you'd love a big hot steaming bowl of schlong stew.
Hey Mark, did Bernie admit he sits when he pees?
Homeland is awesome, only problem is you have to remember in real life they are all bleeding heart libs.
$99/lb? Must be Kobe beef?
