‘You bet the liberals/leftists/socialists/communists/lamestream media WILL challenge Cruz’s eligibility if he is the nominee,’

This has already been promised.

Wonder if the Obama no-standing rule will apply.

Not all ‘Cruz supporters’ call names. In fact, its just a few. You’d best direct your complaints at individuals doing the insulting.

Understood. I wasn’t limiting my comment about Cruz or Trump but expanding it to those who would be embarrassed to have Trump as president in preference to another Clinton. The pop culture icons who have said as much, supporters of either of the two leading Dem candidates.

I agree. What I find interesting is that Cruz's support IS so fluid. And, perhaps this was my Carson voters whom I thought were a "Trump parking lot." Maybe they have a brief fling with Cruz before finally moving to Trump.

The increasingly obvious fact is that Cruz can't win the general without Trump supporters, and Trump needs most of the Cruzers to win. But the GOPe without either? Loser.

I certainly didn’t get all that from your post. I am happy to take your word for it, however. You more than anyone else know what you meant.

Classiness at its Cruz-supporter best.

Remind me again, which candidate is supposed to be so evangelical?

But not his supporters, right?

polls are psychological warfare to influence the weak minded who cant make a decion on their own.... that’s about 47% of the country....
PLUS MORE DISTURBING
only 40% of those eligible VOTE...
and in the final analysis .... about 3% decide who wins a presidential election

That’s right, Ted hasn’t taken any fire except for the little squabble with Marco Polio. I suspect live fire will be coming soon.

You should be, but I doubt you really are. You have been on this crusade long enough for people to recognize your senseless Trump Bashing, for what it is.

This thread will likely be dead and forgotten before anyone beside you sees it, but here’s what I wrote a few days ago regarding my concern for a Ted Cruz candidacy.

What makes you so sure Ted Cruz is electable?

Like it or not, the question of his eligibility to be elected president is an argument even we political junkies are still arguing over.

How many lofo voters are going to vote for him when the question of his natural born citizenship is brought up and legal action to disqualify him is a possibility? The issue of NBC is hardly a settled matter. The only reason 0b0la’s election wasn’t contested is because the gutless GOPe refused to and no one outside of them had standing to challenge him. Do you think the Dem’s won’t challenge his eligibility if he wins the election? I don’t.

And let’s not forget, there are probably not as many rock-ribbed conservatives that live and breathe the Constitution as some estimate there are.

Every time we lose an election, we hear the same old excuse blaming it on evangelicals, or true conservatives or whatever other group stayed home because this candidate wasn’t “enough” to suit them.

Personally, I like Ted Cruz and he was my guy until Donald Trump jumped in and lit the joint on fire.

But I look at the crowds and enthusiasm that Trump brings, and the question of eligibility that I’ve raised with Cruz.

Because of that, I’m going with Trump.
