So called “news” is either a retelling of the obvious or devious attempts to distort and deceive. Many words, little value.

Thank God for the makers, the producers, the construction workers and the garbage collectors. They provide much more tangible value to our nation than legions of writers, bloggers, journalistas.

Makers, producers, blue collar work-a-day citizens are content to toil in obscurity, taking satisfaction in the tasks they accomplish, the things they make and independence and freedom they enjoy, by virtue of a job well done.

The chattering class produce nothing and are only content when they can draw attention to themselves. They quickly learn that the attention they seek comes when they disrupt, disturb and create discontent.

I would like to see garbage collectors and construction workers be payed liked “journalists” and visa versa.

I love your post # 11.

There is more wisdom, intelligence and value in electricians, plumbers, garbagemen and contractors than all the chirpers combined.
