The FBI already has enough evidence to arrest her for violation of Federal Statutes. They choose not to because they know the situation is political and the DoJ would refuse to follow that up with an indictment.
Any organization with any integrity would do their damned job regardless of what higher ups might do. Not your father’s FBI for sure.

I agree with everything you say. Hillary is a thief, traitor, con artist, grifter, etc.. She is using the Clinton Foundation to conduct a criminal enterprise of which has never been seen. The FBI has no intention of doing anything about her email situation. That is why they are sitting on same. Obama is making sure Hillary pays him under the threat of these charges. The FBI has completely stopped the San Beredino case because Obama ordered it closed. Does anyone really think they are going to mention her email crimes? Not a chance.
This all ends up on the desk of the Attorney General. Ask yourself what is going to happen?
