Maybe I missed it, but I didn’t see any mention of funding Planned Parenthood, which I think this Omnibus does.
Ryan has reportedly been a No Borders maniac for years and years. Now he’s also a Planned Parenthood maniac.

It's almost as if everyone is grabbing as much stuff as they can. Perhaps it's because they know that with President Trump, there won't be anymore treating the budget as a personal piggy bank for them and their puppetmasters.
