There is a reason for Obama using ISIL and Graham using that those initials. ISIS does not include the land of Israel - ISIL includes the land of Israel. By using ISIL, Obama is including the land of Israel as Muslim territory. Graham is using it because he knows the Muslims claim the land of Israel, too.
