Problem is....Cruz wouldn't even get confirmed with a Republican supermajority in the Senate
Different job than his legislative initiatives...which were going nowhere and just messing up the works. It made the congress even more dysfunctional.
He'd be an honest broker in the AG position...instead of the black "I hate whitey" that's in there now.
