I’d really enjoy watching de Caprio (or any of the rest of those nitwits) living off the land for a year or so over by Nye or Big Timber.

Chinook winds 24/7/365.

Except when it calms down for a blizzard or big time thunderstorm.

That’s another kind of left-wing weather phonies use. they all know that we get a lot of inversion or warm weather as the winds go south south west and west before front which heats up the area just before a cold front more of a big con.

Seen that too, Cruz never directly says it’s Trump, he could have been talking about Clinton or anyone else, but that don’t fit the media narrative...

NOT matters of national security & were more attacks on the way, etc., BUT how they were going to deal with it from a PR standpoint.

Not surprising given Obama's past track record. Everything is about political spin and creating a new reality with words. The same approach was done with Ft. Hood and many other terrorist incidents in this country that were either ignored or minimized or redefined. Obama lies and expects us to believe him.

What I get more exercised about is the MSM's collusion with him to perpetuate and defend these lies. It is positively Orwellian.

I tell you Winston, that reality is not external. Reality exists in the human mind, and nowhere else. Not in the individual mind, which can make mistakes, and in any case soon perishes: only in the mind of the party, which is collective and immortal. Whatever the party holds to be truth, is truth. It is impossible to see reality except by looking through the eyes of the Party.

"How can I help seeing what is in front of my eyes? Two and two are four."

"Sometimes, Winston. Sometimes they are five. Sometimes they are three. Sometimes they are all of them at once. You must try harder. It is not easy to become sane."

Being in a minority, even a minority of one, did not make you mad. There was truth and there was untruth, and if you clung to the truth even against the whole world, you were not mad.

I think you all are right about Ted Cruz and the Sunday shows.

I just watched the panel on Meet the Press... a more smug group of people cannot be found.

They would not be afraid of Ted Cruz... they think they are way smarter and more articulate than he is.

I think he is the one deciding to skip the shows.

It reminds me of the tulip bubble in Holland. Substitute carbon credits for tulip bulbs.

The tulip was brought to Europe in the middle of the sixteenth century from the Ottoman Empire. Holland's upper classes soon competed for the rarest bulbs as tulips became a status symbol.

By 1636, tulip bulbs were traded on the stock exchanges of numerous Dutch towns and cities, encouraging all members of society to speculate in the markets. Many people traded or sold possessions to participate in the tulip market mania. Like any bubble, it all came to an end in 1637, when prices dropped and panic selling began. Bulbs were soon trading at a fraction of what they once had, leaving many people in financial ruin.

Trump enjoys the shows and he does well because he is oblivious to their bombast ... he just ignores them and makes his points ... kinda fun to watch.

If Trump says the mildest thing about Cruz, even if he follows it by a compliment, it makes all the headlines... end of the world.

Yep, lest some may have to look up from their cell phone screen to understand the 21 San Bernardino survivors being shot and wounded by a high powered rifle and wondering if you are going to live through the massacre, let alone those 14 who lied there and died in agony, while some have barely if at all realized what actually happened to these folks and why. Or why some of the clues were missed prior to the attack.

He mentions Trump and Carson. He says that they can't meet the challenge of being CIC. Judge for yourself after listening to the audio.

Looking forward to catching Trump with Wallace but where I am we get football at 8 AM.

Hawaii ... the only place where they play football at 8 in the morning at least on TV.

Love watching Wallace’s expressions when Trump is on.

The San Bernadino shooting was a sad thing for liberals and Planned Parenthood supporters; it took the crazy guy who, by the way, did not shoot anyone inside the PP building, off the front page.

They hate Scalia almost as much as they hate Trump. He was simply musing about whether or not the affirmative action Black students might do better at a small college than at, say, the huge and highly competitive University of Texas.

But that kind of talk is forbidden, of course.

I hope the FBI will start taking a harder look at all these mosques. There’s stuff going on in them. The mosque in Irving was the home of Clock Boy’s family.

The father had a plan. He’d tried to use his daughter to make trouble but it didn’t work. Then he had the clock scheme. The goal was to cause an uproar and make Irving schools and police look bad. He succeeded with a lot of people and then proceeded to sue for 15 million dollars. No beheading but lots of trouble.

As far as Fox News goes, I set my DVR to tape Fox & Friends which comes on in the wee hours of the morning here. The hosts are all likable and conservative and Donald Trump visits nearly every morning.

I don’t know what’s with keeping the loathsome Shepherd Smith on staff and with a long, single-hosted show. Who or what does he know?

I totally respect your opinion but I do not think Ted Cruz is bought. Anyone but Trump has to take donations.

Trump doesn’t have to because anything he says or does makes news and he gets all the publicity he wants for his positions and ... well, it’s nice to have your own money.

“as I teach very high level computer courses,”

Ok, I’ll be bit snarky - What are we talking here - Fortran circa ‘75? Cobol? Assembly?

Is it to Coders or Engeneers, Are talking Video games or shrinking the time to calculate intercept times.

Do we hear any work in Plasma ?

Me, I just work in the Oil Patch

I really liked that Cruz attack ethanol subsidies.

They should not exist.
