In some ways, judges (and prosecutors) ARE more important than most of us in this regardI'm for giving them a case of Nehi grape apiece and cutting them loose.

A federal judge living with a shyster in an 8 million dollar home?
No surprise here.

Kinney was additionally charged with one count of vandalism and one count of escape after he kicked out the window of a police car while in custody, Zumbiel said.

"...a Kentucky judge last year ruled that Chesley was liable for the uncollected portion of a $42 million judgment stemming from a lawsuit brought by the plaintiffs he represented."Why isn't that RAT on the streets? Every last dime and piece of property that scum sucking RAT owns should be handed over to those he ripped off. Instead, the RAT is living large...Edwards was right, there are 2 Americas and there are 2 "justice" systems.

Uh huh.
Of course, her husband Stanley Chesley was disbarred for taking part in ripping off his own clients by being part of a scheme to take 70% of the $200 million settlement in a massive Phen-fen suit.
He stole more than 300 of those thugs could have, though far less violently.

Sounds like the Federal Judge business pays pretty well. Absolute, total power outside of the reach of the law usually does.

I think it's better to get all the karma and life lessons stuff out of the way while you're still young enough to recover from the education.
Unfortunately, some poor souls are placed in positions of responsibility and power that they're not equipped for and/or ready for and do themselves a lifetime's worth of damage.
When that karma decides the time is right to finally come a callin', it rarely shows up when it's a good time for you.
On the other hand, with pain, we ponder, and if karma pays a visit early in life, we often stop giving it those reasons to come back again later.
Oh well...too soon old, too late smart seems to be the case here apparently, and hopefully the lesson took.
Better late than too late, right? They sure cut it close this time.

Good call. I would also like to know just how fast the police were dispatched.
IMO, as corrupt as the ‘blue-posse’ when one of theirs is wounded/killed vs. the ‘have my card and we’ll contact you if we find anything’ for the pleebs.
Wonder if she’s an avid anit-2nd too...

"According to one of the suspects, they went downtown, bought some marijuana, drove around for a while and smoked marijuana. We think they got back here about an hour and a half after the Chesleys arrived home ... and kicked in a back door on the back side of the residence. They made two or three trips in and out of the house with property from the residence before they ever went upstairs to confront Mr. Chesley and Judge Dlott."
